The staff were exceptional, making me feel comfortable, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable in a glamorous and practical room with great facilities, creating a special vibe that was appreciated.

The room was brand-new for value, and I greatly enjoyed it. The service was perfect with a quiet atmosphere.

The staff were excellent and helped us with map. They gave us airy and new-fashioned room with great equipment and jacuzzi plus a wonderfully comfortable bed. An electric kettle and fridges were available too👍😀❤

The rooms are modern and stylish with great facilities, including a jacuzzi, and we always choose to stay here whenever we visit.

The value for money at Comfort Zone was really good. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished. The location was convenient, within walking distance to all the interesting places. The staff, especially Annalisa, were friendly, professional, and helpful.

The location of the hotel was great, being really in the center of the city with easy access to the nearby coffee shop and historical center. the rooms were spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. the staff was helpful and readily available, providing good information about the city. the bed was comfortable and the bathroom facilities were good, providing a nice shower.

There were some issues with the Wi-Fi connection.

The location of this place is great, close to all main attractions, shops, restaurants, the port, and the city.

During my stay at Comfort Zone, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the room. It was spotless throughout my entire visit, making me feel comfortable and at ease. Additionally, the provision of keys for multiple doors in the building gave me a sense of security. I felt safe knowing that access to my room was restricted. Her helpfulness made my overall experience even more enjoyable. The room itself lived up to my expectations, featuring a breathtaking view. The spa bath added a romantic touch to my stay. Lastly, the included breakfast at the lovely cafe opposite the hotel was a delightful bonus. The whole ambiance of the place was fantastic, and I strongly recommend it to anyone considering a visit.

One minor drawback was the unexpected elevator fee of 0.20€ before 6:30 PM. It would have been helpful to know about this in advance or for the reception to provide the change during my first ascent to the room with my luggage. Although it wasn't a major inconvenience, it could be a small improvement opportunity.

This hotel is a true gem! the location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city. You can easily explore all the sights and it's so convenient having the port just a stone's throw away. Secondly, the staff here go above and beyond to make you feel at home. They are friendly, helpful, and attentive to every detail. The rooms are modern and stylish, just like in the photos, and the hot tub is a luxurious touch. Lastly, the value for money is excellent, with breakfast included in the price. I couldn't ask for more!

No complaints, everything was absolutely fantastic!

The hotel is close to castles, major attractions in the city, shopping street, and many nice restaurants. Stopped by Gran Caffe Monzu for some coffee and treats. It's an easy walk to the venue. Highly recommend.
